Job Description:

We are seeking a person who has some experience in the exterior restoration and remodeling industry. Our ideal candidate has knowledge of various carpentry techniques and can construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, metal, and similar materials. As a seamless Gutter Technician / Roofing Technician, you will perform a wide range of tasks in collaboration with the team. Duties & Responsibilities:

• Drive/operate company vehicles.
• Manufacture and install seamless gutters.
• Calculate the size and amount of needed materials.
• Shape and process materials according to taken measurements.
• Operate power tools.
• Repair/install gutters, siding, roofing and other exterior items.
• Conduct inspection, maintenance, and repairs on materials and finished structures and buildings.
• Tear off roofing material.
• Prep roofs.
• Cap roofs.
• Operate Equipter 4000 ensuring grounds are kept clean and safe.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• Clean driving record to drive company vehicles.
• Previous experience as a carpenter is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Proficient in using carpentry equipment and tools (power saws, hammers, measuring tape, and more), training available.
• Able to comply with the company’s safety guidelines.
• Physically able to lift over 50 pounds on a consistent basis.
• Able to climb ladders.
• Follow manufacturer installation guidelines and local building code.

TruEco Construction is looking for an experienced Senior Roofing & Gutter Salesperson to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated, self-driven sales professional with strong knowledge of residential roofing and gutter systems who can confidently close deals and build lasting customer relationships.

You will meet with homeowners, perform inspections, present solutions, and close sales for roofing, seamless gutters, and gutter protection systems.

• Conduct roof and gutter inspections
• Educate homeowners on roofing, gutter, and gutter guard options
• Prepare and present estimates and proposals
• Close sales on provided and self-generated leads
• Maintain professional follow-up with customers
• Accurately document inspections, pricing, and contracts
• Lead generation via networking, cold calling, canvassing, etc. 
• Represent the company with integrity and professionalism
   

• 3+ years of roofing and/or gutter sales experience
• Strong understanding of roofing systems and gutter installations
• Proven ability to close in-home or on-site sales
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable climbing ladders and walking roofs
• Basic smartphone and computer skills
   

• Insurance claim sales experience (wind/hail)
• Local market knowledge
• Existing book of business
• Prior senior or lead sales experience
