As our company continues to grow, we’re looking for a motivated Administrative Assistant / Lead Generator to join our team and help manage daily operations while driving new business.

Position Overview:

This role combines administrative support with lead generation and scheduling. The ideal candidate will be organized, friendly, and driven — someone who enjoys connecting with people, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, and helping customers take the first step toward their next home improvement project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and website inquiries in a professional manner.

• Generate and qualify new leads through outbound calls, email, and social media.

• Schedule roof inspections, estimates, and follow-up appointments.

• Maintain accurate records in the company CRM (customer database).

• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and office coordination.

• Support sales and project management teams with scheduling and communication.

• Provide excellent customer service and be the friendly first point of contact for homeowners.

Qualifications:

• Experience in administrative work, customer service, or lead generation (construction or home services experience preferred).

• Strong communication and organization skills.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (experience with JobNimbus, AccuLynx, or similar software is a plus).

• Positive attitude, reliable work ethic, and ability to multitask.

• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with potential customers.

Seamless Gutter Technician / Roofing Technician

Job Description:

We are seeking a person who has some experience in the exterior restoration and remodeling industry. Our ideal candidate has knowledge of various carpentry techniques and can construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, metal, and similar materials. As a seamless Gutter Technician / Roofing Technician, you will perform a wide range of tasks in collaboration with the team. Duties & Responsibilities:

• Drive/operate company vehicles.
• Manufacture and install seamless gutters.
• Calculate the size and amount of needed materials.
• Shape and process materials according to taken measurements.
• Operate power tools.
• Repair/install gutters, siding, roofing and other exterior items.
• Conduct inspection, maintenance, and repairs on materials and finished structures and buildings.
• Tear off roofing material.
• Prep roofs.
• Cap roofs.
• Operate Equipter 4000 ensuring grounds are kept clean and safe.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• Clean driving record to drive company vehicles.
• Previous experience as a carpenter is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Proficient in using carpentry equipment and tools (power saws, hammers, measuring tape, and more), training available.
• Able to comply with the company’s safety guidelines.
• Physically able to lift over 50 pounds on a consistent basis.
• Able to climb ladders.
• Follow manufacturer installation guidelines and local building code.

• Drive/operate company vehicles (when needed).
• Material pickup/delivery.
• Client interaction.
• Canvas areas and knock on doors to initiate inspections and estimates.
• Carpentry skills to calculate the size and number of needed materials.
• Operate tools.
• Conduct inspections.
• Assist in ensuring cleanliness of job sites.
• Communicate with management/sales team to understand the scope of work.

Requirements: 

• Clean driving record to drive company vehicles.
• Able to comply with the company’s safety guidelines.
• Physically able to lift over 50 pounds on a consistent basis.
• Able to climb ladders and get on roofs (roofing safety boots required).
• Follow manufacturer installation guidelines and local building code.

Work Location:

• On the road (Michigan, primarily Genesee County and surrounding areas).
• TruEco's main office/storefront.
